Welcome to Dofus Set Creator!

Dofus Set Creator is browser-based tool, which allows you to create character, enter his/her base stats, find all parts of equipment (using powerful items finder), equip set you created this way and calculate:

all statistics of your character (with bonuses from items, sets, alignment and level) - it calculates everything, like total initative, hp, bonus to damage and so on
damage you can do with your weapon (you can also "mage" weapon and change neutral damage to other type of dmg)
damage you can do with all spells (class spells for your character and global spells, such as leek pie or moon hammer)

Of course you may create more than one set and one character. All your characters and sets are stored within your account (that is why registering DSC account is required - don't worry, it is fast and free).

Previous version (DSC v1.0.1) is still avaible: DSC v1.0.1. It is not recommended to use previous version - I keep it only for historical reasons. List of items there haven't been updated since april'07, and it doesn't have most of features implemented in DSC v1.1

Important: I have noticed that lot of people still uses old DSC address (http://addictsoft.com.pl/dofus/). This address will stop working 17.10.2008 - please don't use it. The only valid address is http://dsc.dofusworks.com/. You may also use http://dsc.dofusworks.com/11/ or http://dsc.dofusworks.com/101/ to access versions 1.1 and 1.0.1 - http://dsc.dofusworks.com/ will always redirect you to most recent version of DSC.

1. Share report module - it allows you to create report including information about all statistics, bonuses, spells and weapon damage. This report will be saved as separate web page, so you will be able to show it to anybody you want to just by giving link to this page.
2. Weapon critical hit rate calculator - now when you calculate weapon damage in weapon damage module, critical hit rate for this weapon is calculated and displayed.
3. Maximum values of base statistics in my characters module has been changed from 999 to 99999.

I added new set to database. It is called Class Set, and it is equivalent of Class Sets from update. Set items and set are always same, no matter what class you are. Items from set will not give you any bonuses in your statistics calculations. You will be able to see set bonus (which is same for every class). Sadly, there is no way to see what bonus give specific items from that set. I'll try to find solution to solve this problem. Anyway, items bonus (to specific spells) will be included in spell effects calculations in final version of DSC.

I have noticed that all healing weapons (like boogey wand) were incorrect - healing was not listed in weapon effects. Fixed.
Also, I added possibility to search healing weapons in advanced finder.

User interface improved - added Quick Select bar at top of page, which allow you to select character and set any time you want - it is visible all the time, no matter what module you are using.
Also added new function in sets module - duplicate set. If you want to compare two very similar sets (for example with one item different) you can create one set, duplicate it and change only one item.

Note about pets and mounts:
1. All pets and mounts are groupped in one category: "pets". So if you want to look for mount, you will have to look for pets - it works this way because you can't equip pet and mount at same time, so I decided to put them in one category.
2. Pets also have "recipe" like other items - this "recipe" says how to obtain selected pet.
3. There are only pets with maxed and not mixed stats in database. For example, you can find bow meow +80 int or bow meow +80 agi, but you can't find bow meow +30 int nor bow meow +40 agi, +40 int. If you want to use not maxed (or mixed) pet, use "custom items" tool.

Click on "create new set"
New entry with name "new set" will appear on list
Click on this entry and your set details will appear
You can do only few things here - change name of set and equip / unequip dofuses. You can also unequip items, view their stats and view whole set bonus.
To equip items go to "items finder". Remember, if you equip any item it will affect set selected here - so you have to select set before using items finder.
All changes are saved automatically. There is no way to undo.

Statistics calculations

All results are calculated for character selected in "manage characters" module and set selected in "manage sets" module. You have to select character and set before calculating stats and damages. You may also use Quick Select Bar on top of page.

If you changed anything in selected character or set you have to calculate results again - it doesn't calculate it automatically after every change.

If you want to see statistics for different set rolls, use "adjust set power" field. By default it is set to "average". You have to adjust set power before calculating stats.
Remember that values here are calculated in different way than in "set manager" module - this module calculate bonus for each item separately, while "set manager" calculate only total bonus (after adding all items bonuses). This is why results here may be slightly different than in "set manager".

Spells damage calculations

If you changed anything in selected character or set you have to calculate results again - it doesn't calculate it automatically after every change.

This module calculates only damage and healing of spells. It will not show you other effects (like pushback, remove AP / MP etc.)

Damage marked with (s) is steal-HP attack. For example, neutral (s), 50-60 means that attack deals 50-60 neutral damage to target and heals 25-30 of caster HP.

Damage marked with (X) is damage dealt to caster. For example, fire (X), 20-30 means that attacks deals 20-30 fire damage to caster.

Damage marked with (t) is damage dealt by traps and it is affected by caster bonus "damage to traps" (both linear and %).

If damage type says die, that means that caster dies after casting this spell (i.e. Eniripsa spell "Word of Altruism").

You can easily share information about your set, character, statistics and damage with other people. Use this module to generate Dofus Set Creator report.

How to generate report?

select character and set
go to "stats calculator" module, adjust options and click "calculate statistics »" button
go to "weapon damage" module, adjust options and click "calculate damage »" button
go to "spells damage" module, adjust options and click "calculate damage »" button
return to "share report" module and click "generate report »" button
only steps 1. and 5. are required. You may skip any of 2.-4. steps - report will not include info from steps you have skipped
Note: make sure your calculations are up-to-date! For example, if you calculate statistics for character A, then calculate weapon damage for character B and then you generate report, this report will contain information about statistics of character A and damage of character B!

I'm sorry that reporting module is not user friendly and requires lot of clicking, but there is no other way to do it in current version of Dofus Set Creator. Please have patience and wait for DSC v1.2 - I promise that interface in upcoming version of DSC will be way better.
